Job Description

We are looking for a professional Accountant at TASK with strong experience in financial and managerial accounting, capable of efficiently managing the company’s daily accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent proficiency in ERPNext and the ability to manage the full accounting cycle while ensuring accuracy of financial data, reporting integrity, and financial compliance.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute daily accounting operations efficiently.

  • Record, review, and approve accounting entries.

  • Manage customer and vendor accounts, including collections and payments follow-up.

  • Prepare bank reconciliations and regularly match accounts.

  • Issue invoices and manage the complete financial cycle.

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

  • Monitor expenses and revenues and analyze financial performance.

  • Prepare financial statements and management reports for senior management.

  • Work on ERPNext and manage accounting operations within the system.

  • Configure and maintain the chart of accounts and cost centers within the system.

  • Follow up on taxes, ZATCA requirements, e-invoicing, and regulatory compliance.

  • Coordinate with management and external auditors.

  • Contribute to improving financial procedures and internal governance.

  • Follow up on payroll and financial entitlements when required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.

  • 2 to 5 years of practical experience in accounting.

  • Excellent hands-on experience with ERPNext.

  • Strong understanding of the full accounting cycle.

  • Good knowledge of Saudi tax regulations and e-invoicing requirements.

  • Proficiency in Excel, financial reporting, and financial analysis.

  • High level of organization, accuracy, and accountability.

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work within a team.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in technology or operational companies.

  • Knowledge of ERP systems and their operational configurations.

  • Ability to build and improve financial procedures and workflows.

  • Understanding of the integration between operational and accounting processes within systems.
