All projects are governed by the terms of their individual contract. Refund or cancellation requests are evaluated case by case based on project progress and contractual agreements. Once a project enters development, refunds may no longer apply.

All content, designs, code, and materials produced by TASK remain its intellectual property unless otherwise stated in a written agreement. Clients receive the usage rights defined in the project contract, but may not reproduce or resell TASK's work without authorisation.
