At TASK, we're looking for a seasoned Sales Specialist with genuine experience selling tech solutions and digital transformation services — someone who can truly understand client needs and craft tailored solutions that deliver real business value.
This role isn't about selling an off-the-shelf product. It's about selling solutions, consulting, and systems — starting from understanding the problem and ending with closing a high-value deal.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
Acquire new clients (companies and enterprises) and build long-term relationships
Analyze client needs and recommend the right technical solutions (CRM, automation, custom systems, websites, mobile apps)
Lead client meetings (online and in-person) and turn them into real sales opportunities
Prepare technical and commercial proposals in collaboration with the technical team
Own the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing
Hit monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain post-sale relationships to ensure client satisfaction and uncover expansion opportunities
Requirements
2–5 years of experience in B2B sales (tech industry preferred)
Strong understanding of:
Digital transformation
CRM and ERP systems
Web and mobile application development
Excellent skills in:
Persuasion and negotiation
Delivering presentations
Client relationship management
Ability to translate client needs into tailored solutions
An existing network in the Saudi market is a strong plus
