Technical Project Manager (Hands-on)

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager with a strong software development background. You will lead projects from the first client meeting through final delivery. The role combines understanding client needs, turning them into actionable technical solutions, and contributing hands-on to development.

Client Engagement & Requirements Gathering

• Meet with clients and run workshops to understand their needs and project goals.

• Elicit and accurately document functional and non-functional requirements.

• Manage client expectations and maintain continuous communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Project Analysis & Technical Documentation

• Analyze projects and break them down into clear phases and work units.

• Prepare technical documentation, including requirements documents (BRD / PRD / SRS), database designs, and workflow diagrams.

• Estimate effort and timelines, and contribute to scope-of-work and proposal preparation.

• Assign tasks across the team and track progress and quality.

Software Development

• Contribute hands-on to project development, prototypes, and features.

• Review code to ensure quality and alignment with team standards.

• Use modern development tools to boost productivity and accelerate delivery without compromising quality.

• 4–5 years of software development experience, including direct client interaction; experience in project management or systems analysis is preferred.

• Proficiency in Laravel, with hands-on experience in Filament, Livewire, and Blade.

• Solid experience with MySQL and database design.

• Familiarity with mobile development (Flutter, Swift, or Kotlin) is a plus.

• Practical experience using AI-assisted tools for development, analysis, and documentation, with the ability to critically review and validate their output.

• Ability to write clear, well-structured technical documentation in both Arabic and English.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile / Scrum) and task management tools.

• Proficiency with Git and collaborative teamwork.
