Date Supply Factory Management & Operations System

An integrated TASK system for managing date supply and running multiple factories on a unified platform, powered by a smart quota-allocation algorithm and an automated workflow from submission to receipt-document issuance.

The National Center for Palms and Dates is a central body for organising and developing the Saudi date sector. With multiple factories and a large supplier base, a number of operational challenges emerged, including:

  • Organising date supply from a large number of clients
  • Ensuring fair allocation of supply quotas aligned with production capacity
  • Reducing congestion at receiving sites
  • Raising the accuracy of inspection and weighing operations
  • Unifying operational procedures across more than one factory
  • Providing accurate reporting to support decision-making

TASK designed and built an integrated system for managing date supply that runs multiple factories on a unified platform, covering the full supply cycle from pre-planning through receipt-document issuance.
